Hi there! I’m Chris, the founder of Sourcing Sprints. We help US-based startup founders make their first hires in engineering, product, design, marketing, or sales.
We have a team of 40+ people based in Lagos, Nigeria, but we source candidates from all over the world. Most of the roles we work on are either focused on startup hubs like SFBA or NYC or are remote / distributed.
We're for-profit with an impact-focused mission. In addition to our core agency work, we also run free training programs to make it easier for talent in Nigeria to find high paid, remote jobs.
Our team has doubled in size over the last year and we need help systematizing our internal admin and operations. This role is a mix of people ops, program management, and executive assistance.
