Hi there! I’m Chris, the founder of Sourcing Sprints. We help US-based startup founders who need help making their first hires in engineering, product, design, marketing, or sales.

Our team is based in Lagos, Nigeria, but we source candidates from all over the world. Most of the roles we work on are either focused on startup hubs like SFBA or NYC or are remote / distributed.

We're for-profit with an impact-focused mission. In addition to our core agency work, we also run free training programs to make it easier for talent in Nigeria to find high paid, remote jobs.

We're looking to grow and are adding graduate trainees to our sourcing team. As a graduate trainee, the goal is to grow into someone who can lead client work confidently and independently.

• Location: Remote-first. Anywhere in Nigeria.
• Duration: 3-12 months
• Pay: $500 / month + $500 bonus when you source a candidate that gets hired by a client.
• Benefits: data stipend, commuting reimbursement, healthcare, kindle (e-reader), and a work laptop (Macbook).
• Commitment: Full-time

About the Role

The Graduate Trainee program at Sourcing Sprints is a full-time, entry-level pathway designed for early-career talent interested in learning talent sourcing at a high level.

You’ll receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and hands-on work experience that builds your skills across sourcing, stakeholder management, and project execution.
