Hi there! I’m Chris, the founder of Sourcing Sprints. We're a recruiting agency focused on helping early stage startups hire. Our clients are mostly US-based startup founders who need help making their first hires in engineering, product, design, marketing, or sales.
Our team is based in Nigeria, but we source candidates from all over the world. Most of the roles we work on are either focused on startup hubs like San Francisco or NYC or are remote / distributed.
We're for-profit with an impact-focused mission. In addition to our core agency work, we also run free training programs to make it easier for talent in Nigeria to find high paid, remote jobs.
We're looking to grow and are adding interns to our team. As a talent scout intern, you’ll be focused on sourcing talent for hiring partners.
As a Talent Scout Intern, you'll help our full-time team run Sourcing Sprints, where we find and reach out to candidates on behalf of clients (primarily early stage, US-based startup founders). We typically work on tech centric roles across software, hardware, growth, product, and design.
