Hi there! I’m Chris, the founder of Sourcing Sprints. We're a recruiting agency focused on helping early stage startups hire. Our clients are mostly US-based startup founders who need help making their first hires in engineering, product, design, marketing, or sales.
Our team is based in Nigeria, but we source candidates from all over the world. Most of the roles we work on are either focused on startup hubs like San Francisco or NYC or are remote / distributed.
We're for-profit with an impact-focused mission. In addition to our core agency work, we also run free training programs to make it easier for talent in Nigeria to find high paid, remote jobs.
We're looking to grow and are adding interns to our team. As a talent scout intern, you’ll be focused on sourcing talent for hiring partners.
As a Talent Scout Intern, you'll help our full-time team run Sourcing Sprints, where we find and reach out to candidates on behalf of clients (primarily early stage, US-based startup founders). We typically work on tech centric roles across software, hardware, growth, product, and design.
Your work will involve sourcing and qualifying candidates on LinkedIn. See below for a short video describing the company for more context:

Dominion: “My internship experience at Sourcing Sprints has been a really rewarding and educating experience. The company culture here is very impressive, and I've not seen a lot of companies that are this intentional about the personal and career growth of their staff. Feedback here is detailed and useful, everyone is willing to help if you have questions or need support. This was my first exposure to the world of recruiting and sourcing but it was quite easy for me to catch on quickly because of all the support and resources I had access to. I've learnt how to recognize quality in candidates, and also what recruiters look out for across multiple roles. This is definitely an experience I'd look back on and be grateful for.”
